I love kids. I have a big family that consists of 4 siblings, one older, three younger. Ages consist of 19, 17, 5, and 3 years. During high school, I spent most of my time taking care of my little sisters up until I moved out at the age of 18, currently I live at home with my mom. I've babysat other children before, a number of references can be provided if needed. I am very responsible, currently attending ASU, have a high GPA, and I also have a Monday through Friday job at a coffee shop, which I've held for almost 2 years now. I am semi-allergic to cats, but with allergy medicine I am content. If you would like anything done regarding house work, or grocery shopping, I would just need a list. I have been recently working at a child care center were I worked with children from 1 year 4 years old. I learned the skills I need to not only take care of a child, but to do it with ease. I love children and Iâve taken 4 child development classes. I know everything there is to know about babies. I enjoy getting to know children including their likes, dislikes, where they are the most ticklish, just really getting to know them as people. I ended up falling in love with all 12 babies at the daycare, I could tell you their favorite foods, juices, even their favorite colors. I have 1 opening in my home for a toddler of 2.5 years of age or older. We have a great time here at Mom's Third Hand. We do weekly baking projects, arts and crafts, take daily walks, play outside in a huge backyard and just have a great time in general. We try to take fun field trips whenever possible as well.
