E SSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ø Lead the recruiting function for the assigned divisions by partnering directly with management to develop, implement and evaluate effective strategies and high quality processes to recruit and attract top talent to Extra Space Storage. Ø A strong emphasis for this role is to make Extra Space Storage a great place to work through recruiting efforts, competency modeling, diversity, training and digitization.
