Selmer Omega Wood Clarinet, Rich, Warm Tone This Selmer Omega wood clarinet has a rich, warm tone throughout its range (serial #2112). We've stripped this instrument, polished the keys, cleaned the wood, oiled the bore, and checked for proper adjustment. Other features are: The wood is in good condition with no chips or cracks. There are a few patches where the laquer is a bit worn, but overall the body looks good. This model also has the scroll work on the bell (see photo) The keys are in good condition with a nice polished look All the tenon cork is in good used condition and the parts fit together with no wobble. Also comes with reinforced tenons All the pads seal well and are in good used condition. However, please note that during transport and shipping of a clarinet, due to atmospheric changes and other conditions not under our control, shrinkage and loosening of pads may occur. The HP-1 is a legendary fuzz/overdrive effect that was designed to enhance pleasing harmonics while suppressing the less pleasing ones. Vintage versions of the HP-1 are nearly impossible to find, and the modern-era copies just aren't the same. To the original HP-1 design we’ve added a high impedance, 0-20 dB gain input buffer with footswitch-operated true bypass, and a unity-gain, low impedance output buffer with dual internal micro slide-switches for true bypass. Listing as used, but barely. I pieced together this kit individually as a rehearsal space kit for a project I was working on. I needed a classic metal configuration. Project isn't happening and I need some dough! Kit has been played about 4 times during rehearsal. Drums are near mint. There's a few small dings or scratches here and there but nothing too bad... and a few small chips out of one BD hoop from hi-hat stand. Also one hoop is a replacement, a bit darker stain and has natural inside edge vs all the other hoops are fully stained. One bass drum has Premier chrome claws that are gorgeous. The 10" tom is an Ash model, I was hoping the stain was close to the same and it is..a bit darker. I was going to replace it with a maple when I got around to it but said heck with it...Actually, now that I have them in front of me...all the stain matches nicely, the left bass drum seems a bit lighter than the rest but hard to tell.
