This Camera Cost over $1300.00 a few years ago, And Did Not Come with a Lens, I had to Buy The Lens Seperate for a Few Hundred Dollars More. Oddly enough a Butcher knife Slipped from the cupboard and Just hit the Top Right Side of the Rear of the Camera, Just above the Dioptic eye adjuster (which works fine) as shown in the pictures (Really not Bad at all). This beautifully maintained Yashicamat 124 G series is an excellent little find. They shoot 120 & 220 film and create that fabulously retro square image from a 6x6 cm neg. (about 3x the size of a 35mm neg). Your enlargements will look tack sharp. It is an especially fun little camera to shoot a bit of photo-journalism with since folks don’t really pay attention to you because you are looking down into the camera to focus. I got some awesome images this way in NYC with this camera. Very light and easy to use. Comes with a photo copy of the manual and a pristinely clean case and strap. No lens cap, sorry, cannot seem to find it in my bags. In the spirit of full disclosure, the light meter on this camera no longer works. These cameras are quite vintage so a working in camera meter is highly uncommon for these models. I have always shot them with a hand held meter instead. I have a nice Polaris meter that I will offer in a separate auction so keep an eye out for that. | Price: $195.00
